Do you deliver Australia wide?
Yes, of course. Anything is possible. We try and make as many of the deliveries as we can in person, however if we are unable to make a delivery in person we simply use our contacts in the transport industry to ensure that you receive your piece of furniture in a safe and timely manner. The charge will differ according to the destination. If you require transportation please let us know and we will get back to you with pricing.
What is your turnaround time?
This depends on the complexity of your piece, the availability of the materials you have requested and demand at the time. Once a deposit is received, Will Brennan Designs will strive to complete your order between 10-12 weeks. We will be able to provide you with a more precise lead time prior to paying your deposit.
For the moment we are only accepting bank tranfers.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Yes we can try our best. It must be noted though that even if we match the same species of timber, it will not always be the same colour. We will advise against colouring timber as there is an increased risk of disappointment from the colours not matching what you have in mind.
Can you colour match my existing furniture?
Please check out our timber options page for the large variety of timber species available. If you can’t find a timber species on our site that you had in mind, please let us know and we most likely be able to source it from somewhere.
What timber options are available?
We use Australian grown timber and also North American imported timber which is all sustainably sourced. Please visit https://brittontimbers.com.au/timbers/ to view the large number of timber options available to you.
Where is your timber sourced?
Yes, please feel free to discuss this with us. We will do our best to use the timber provided but please be aware that we may not be able to use the timber if it has high moisture levels or if the species is not suitable for the given product. We will try our hardest to salvage what you bring to us but we also reserve the right to advise against it. If it is recycled timber it can do more damage than its worth to our machinery so please be aware that this option is not necessarily cheaper.
Can I provide my own timber?
Our product of choice is Osmo’s line of oils. Osmo finishes are based on natural oils and waxes. The oil penetrates into the wood surface, protecting the wood from deep within. They have both interior and exterior options which we are very familar with. If you ask us to use a certain product, we reserve the right to decline incase of warranty issues or endangering our employees.
What sort of finishes/stains do you use?
We work on a craftsmanship warranty. If we are at fault we will amend what does not work or is seen to be faulty. If we see the damage has been caused by misuse, excessive force, or excessive sunlight, we reserve the right to decline to fix the problem. We will be happy to help but we are not in the business of fixing things you broke. Please refer to our T’s&C’s page for more information.
Do you have a warranty and/or return policy?
Yes, definitely. We want you to be happy with the final product. If you can’t make it in person, we will send photo’s or a video to showcase the product or piece. Please keep in mind that photos don’t always show the full extent of the colour and may be different in real life.
Can I see my piece before the final payment is made?
Not yet! Hopefully soon. We do have a pretty rad workshop with plenty of samples to show you. We would encourage you to come and have a look at where the magic happens.
Do you have a showroom?
